Richard Jebb is an accomplished business writer, copywriter and all round marketing communications fanatic. Over the past 14 years his creative ideas, strategic vision and natural ability with the written word have set the flavour of many PR and marketing campaigns for some of the UK MICE industry’s leading venues and brands, including Accor Hotels, De Vere Hotels, Millennium Hotels, Sodexo Prestige, ExCeL London,and Chelsea Football Club.

Sharon joined the Big Wednesday team in June 2008, following a placement at a leading travel PR agency and completing her degree in Communications & Digital Media from Brighton University. She’s been at the thick of it ever since and hasn’t looked back once. Sharon is a highly driven and passionate PR professional quickly notching up more and more outstanding results for clients as the weeks go by.
With regular contact to keep them informed of clients’ news and story ideas, Sharon has friendly, one-to-one relationships with many of the key editors and journalists in the MICE industry. She just needs to get in touch and she has their attention.
A social media whizz, Sharon sets up and maintains clients’ feeds on the likes of Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest. By targeting the right audiences with the right content, she has a track record of substantially increasing followers and engagement.

Lisa has over 20 years commercial experience gained working with a number of high profile blue chip organisations. Lisa joined the Big Wednesday team to help with business development and sales and has significantly grown her role. She is passionate about business transformation and development. She works collaboratively on the strategic side of things with a keen focus on client relationship management and growth.
