Campaign: Tudor Suite Refurbishment (part of an eight month PR campaign) Brief: To showcase the £180,000 newly refurbished Tudor Suite to the MICE industry, regional press and local businesses. Objectives:
Big Wednesday split the announcement of the refurbishment into two phases to maximise coverage and exposure. The first release on the hotel’s completion of the refurbishment was distributed to the MICE and regional. The second release was distributed after the summer showcase event with images of the refurbished space and guests enjoying all aspects of the party. |

Journalists from MICE publications, regional press, local businesses and corporate clients were invited to the summer showcase with Big Wednesday securing a review of the Tudor Suite and hotel facilities in three regional newspapers; The Observer, Reading and Bracknell Midweek on top of coverage in conference and events publications. To extend the life of the campaign Big Wednesday produced photographs and video content with guest commentary to be used as marketing material.
